Why I deliberately chose the April school holidays.
Yes, the retreat falls during the April school holidays. And I know that might initially sound like a tricky time to get away if you have children.
But when I was choosing the dates, several mums actually told me the opposite.
No school runs. No lunches to pack. No after-school activities for partners or grandparents to juggle while you are away.
Why not make Bali part of your family holiday?
Your family could join you before or after the retreat, or enjoy their own Bali adventure while you spend a few days with us.

MAKING TIME FOR YOURSELF
It's okay to make this time for you.
I know that taking four days away isn't necessarily as simple as booking a flight and packing a suitcase.
There's your business to think about, the things that need organising at home, and perhaps children, school routines or family commitments to consider.
And when you're usually the person keeping everything moving, stepping away can feel like a big ask.
You might even catch yourself thinking about all the other things you could be doing with the time or money.
I get it.

But I also think there's something really valuable about giving yourself a few days where you're not the one managing everything.
